Church Street Butcher in Brighton, Melbourne went through a recent redesign to correspond with the store’s product expansion.

Interior Designer lead, Amy Stuart was given the task to match the quality of the interior to the quality of the business’ sourcing commitment, sustainability and organic produce.

Moving right away from their original clinical tiles, cluttered displays and harsh strip lighting. Amy selected George Fethers’ Otto timber floorboard in XVI Flint, a grey aubergine and warm taupe,  for a seamless, high quality display underfoot.

Amy comments “The design approach for The Church Street Butcher combined a contemporary style with functionality, featuring high end fittings and materials. We were confident that George Fethers’ Otto range would contribute to the modern aesthetic and would be suitable for a high foot traffic application given the quality of the product and reliability of the brand”.
