Custom manufactured blue, double silver Low-E coated insulating glass
This is a re-development of the old Mercy Hospital into a very high specification luxury apartment tower overlooking the magnificent Melbourne Treasury gardens toward the Melbourne CBD. The glass requirement was a mid blue external colour to compliment other external finishes and, as the major façade faces West, excellent solar control was required whilst having high light transmittance to capture the views. Consideration was also given to low internal reflectance and a neutral colour to optimize night time views.
