With its six-star energy rating this ecologically sustainable building development for the Melbourne City Council is leading the way in environmental design.

It stands as the result of a collaborative design process that explored and challenged every aspect of a contemporary office design.

The result was the creation of a highly energy-efficient environment featuring Fethers Architectural high light transmissions, low U-value, insulating glass.
