DKO Architecture designed the 17-storey tower, selecting a striking combination of ottó flooring and Cellupal laminate from George Fethers for the interiors of the residential apartments.

Sophisticated dark grey Cellupal Sparka timber-look laminate panels are a prominent feature in the residential apartments’ kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets, plus the unique walk-through dresser and drawer units.

The Residences also feature extra-wide ottó XI Pewter floorboards with lifestyle character and longer lengths. The range trends towards wider and thicker board options with a natural and hard-wearing finish, suitable for high-end residential projects.
