Otto XI hardwood flooring

The District Docklands is a 17-storey development, combining modern hotel architecture, residential luxury apartments that embrace hotel style living, and ground-floor hospitality featuring exceptional contemporary restaurant interiors.

The Docklands Residences will share the DKO Architecture-designed tower with a new Marriott hotel; the first to be built in Australia in 20 years. 106 residential apartments are included above 200 five star Marriott hotel rooms, located across 6 levels on the southern side of the 17 level building.

DKO Architecture selected George Fethers’ Cellupal Sparka veneer panels as a prominent feature in residential apartments’ kitchen, bathroom vanity cabinets as well as unique walk-through dresser and drawers units. Fethers’ Cellupal is the latest offering of pre-finished boards. A stunningly accurate, man-made reproduction of timber panels. Engineered from wood derived cellulose that is prefinished in super matte polyurethane. Cellupal is a highly technical and cost effective substitute for timber that is available in a range of contemporary decors.

The residences also features George Fethers’ extra wide Otto XI hardwood floorboards with lifestyle character and longer lengths. Otto XI trends towards a wider and thicker board options with the finish being natural and hard wearing suitable for high-end residential project.
