The Grounds is a 4-level complex featuring 12 boutique residences located within Kew’s exclusive Sackville Ward domain. A project by Beulah International and Fender Katsalidis Architects, this upscale complex takes inspiration from surrounding suburban mansions and Federation architecture while transitions to luxury living today.

The interiors are bold and luxuriously finished. An indulgent use of marble, stone, timber and seamless lengths of Timber grained wall-panel joinery by George Fethers are coupled with brass accents to complete an opulent statement. George Fethers’ latest innovative laminate product, Cellupal, has been nominated for joinery and panelling through the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms spaces. Two contemporary decors – Cellupal ASKA and Cellupal GRA – compliment the palate within the spaces proposed.

George Fethers’ Cellupal product has been engineered from wood derived cellulose that is prefinished in a super matte polyurethane. A 0.8mm HPL (High Pressure Laminate) version is offered for all of the same decors.
