In 2009, Probuild completed work on a new hub for business and economics learning that house seven levels of teaching spaces, offices and a 420-seat lecture theatre.

A key feature of the building was to the its highly specified and complex façade. This technically demanding structure required the incorporation of high performance insulating glass covered by external graphic design forming a striking pattern across the surface.

With existing technology, this was a particularly difficult challenge but Fethers Architectural was able to successfully manage the process in conjunction with the manufacturer to deliver the right product and contribute to the excellent result.
