Reaching 20 storeys high and predominantly constructed from timber, Sara Kulturhus is an eco-conscious skyscraper in Skellefteå, Sweden.

An outstanding example of sustainable architecture, the building is crowned with a shimmering solar-active façade.

304 thin-film SKALA BiPV modules were installed in the bronze colourway, perfectly complementing the blonde timber exterior.

The panels cover 319m² of the building’s façade, enclosing the spa area of The Wood Hotel, a luxurious yet sustainable property situated on the upper floors.
